Breathing in Freedom

It’s Pesach.

Breathe.

Smile.

Take a deep breath and release all the emotions that have built up until now.

As we've been eagerly anticipating this moment, breathe in deeply and soak up all the hope that comes with it.

Let's be mindful of our journey so far, what we've accomplished, and where we're headed.

Focus on your breathing and let go of any negative thoughts or feelings while inviting positivity into your heart.

We must remember that our ancestors in Egypt struggled to breathe, let alone smile, so true freedom lies in focusing on our breath with joy in our hearts.

The Piaseczno Rebbe teaches that at the Seder, we should imagine ourselves in Gan Eden, and the meal is the feast of Mashiach. If we were truly there, we would surely be smiling.

With this renewed energy from the Seder, we can carry it with us throughout the year, exhaling negativity and inhaling holiness.
